confident, the team would not stress as they put their trust in you.

2. Honesty
When you are in charge of a group of people, it is important to be straight forward. Your
organization and its representatives are a reflection of yourself, and if you make legitimate

how it’s done. Be a mentor, act the way you want your team to act.

3. Empathy
Another major quality of a leader is being an empath. Being able to understand or feel what
other people are experiencing or in other words, putting themselves in other people’s shoe.

leader’s thoughts and ideas at some point or another change into someone’s deeds, they are
